ASAKE'S P.A ON ASYLUM AS GUNMEN INVADE HOME

Reactions as continue to trail another ugly incident as Mr Sadiq Oyeleke Bolaji, personal assistant to the Late ward leader of ward C1 in Lagos Island Constituency 1 under the platform of The All Progressive Congress (APC) in Lagos state, southwest Nigerian, Alhaji Azeez Asake who was Assassinated by gunmen, his personal assistant has gone on asylum over another attempt by gun men.

August24online.com gathered that Sadiq went on asylum when an hire assassin invaded his residence in Lagos following the death of his boss Alhaji Azeez Asake who was killed by gunmen last year.

Information revealed that Sadiq became the next target of the gunmen following the parties decision to name him the next ward leader of the political party.

Attempt to kill Sadiq by gun men occurs on the eve of January 2015.

investigation by our correspondent revealed that Sadiq who was with his two kids driving to the venue of Maolid Nabiy Celebration while his wife and the last son was at home preparing dish that would be taking to the ceremony before Sadiq made a distress call to his wife to vacant the home because gunmen were tracing him.

According to a family member who spoke to our reporter on condition of anormity said Sadiq called me and told me that I should start praying for him because gun men are spraying gun shot sporadically on him as they are on the run over his life,he said a white tinted Camry car with plate number KRD 537 SF is presently chasing him and that was the last call I had from him'

Asake was reported to be assassinated by gun men believed to be Abija boys led by Olokodana and Ade Lawyer while returning from the PDP southwest rally held at TBS in Lagos on Saturday, September 20,last year.
